Festival Sponsorship

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring the Seattle Music Fest.  We are pleased to offer our sponsor-partners and their staff opportunities to tie in to this exciting event.

About SMF Sponsorship Value

NPA works hard to ensure that sponsors receive high value for their investment and strives to build long-term relationships with its event partners.  NPA offers a range of investment levels to meet the varying budgets and needs of its partners.  As an added benefit, this festival offers the chance for well-spent marketing dollars to purchase community participation and support arts programming.  Sponsorships are an advertising trend as they provide a softer sell to an audience receptive to the ad message, with the advertiser having helped create an event enjoyed by the potential customer. General and Key Sponsorships

Both KEY and GENERAL sponsorship levels are available.   Key Sponsorships offer major radio and print advertising, packaged on-site presence, stage bannering, and priority placements, allowing the sponsor to begin a strong brand-relationship with the festival.  General Sponsorships provide significant promotional value at lower costs.

Projected Attendance

On nice days, Alki Beach attracts many thousands without any event.  With SMF in full swing, though, the beach fills up and you get the bonus of exposure to the many thousands who pass by the area.  Slow vehicular traffic and walk-by traffic at Alki Beach adds many thousands of ad impressions over the setup and duration of this event.  Contact NPA for details.

Additional Advertising Impressions

Seattle population has exploded in the past ten years, making it a major advertising market.   Festival promotion reaches additional audience well beyond attendees, from thousands of posters, 80,000 program guides distributed around the metro area, over 50,000 handbills, and radio advertising brand-affiliating your company or product with a successful and well-loved event.

Demographic Reached

The Seattle Music Fest demographic is young, active Seattle, from throughout the Puget Sound. Most of the audience ranges from 18-40, music fans, sports enthusiasts, technology-savvy. The audience includes youth through 50s and beyond. Fans come to support artists they know, but many come to find new bands to follow. Radio targeting focuses on a younger market, while crossover spots reach 26-45s.
